Gary is the operations vice president of Northwestern Benefit Services, Inc. During Gary´s tenure, Northwestern Benefit Services has been a perennial Top 15 group operation in the Strategic Employee Benefit Services family. Gary has served on various community boards and was a member of the Strategic Employee Benefit Services national field committee.

He achieved his Registered Health Underwriter’s designation in 1999.

Rob is active in his community as a Director for Catholic Charities and a member of Fred’s Team. As dedicated runners, he and his wife participate in running events to raise money for cancer-related causes, including the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Rob and his wife have two daughters.

Joanne has been the network office Director of Recruiting for thirteen years and has recently assumed the position as Director of Marketing, however, she remains an active consultant to the Recruiting Team Joanne works closely with both new representatives and established representatives, using the network's marketing tools to assist representatives promote their practice, establish target markets, and create client loyalty.
